Welcome to Nile Prime. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.nileprime.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display our products — including colors, materials, and dimensions — as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display is exact. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or description; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers or distributors, or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Orders may be changed or cancelled by you within 12 hours of purchase; after that, they enter fulfillment.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order to the countries listed on our Site. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Items ship from our international fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and the Nile Prime name — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
